Church Garage Sale Missions’ Fundraiser

Would you like to help with our upcoming garage sale? We’re hoping to make things easier for all! We are soon able to start taking donations.

Drop-off locations are:

• Koinonia Church (AFTER church this and next Sunday— we do still need room to worship!)
• Jo Beth Mathis home (Beginning AFTER 6pm on 10/6)
• Kelly Carlson Home
• Peggy Woody Home

Please feel free to text any of the above ladies to arrange drop-off times!

Garage Sale Dates and Times:
October 18 and 19, Friday and Saturday, 8-3 at the Carlson home
Please contact Peggy if merchandise-hauling assistance is needed. I will be able to provide
SOME assistance!

Before Garage Sale Day Needs:
For the weeks beginning 10/7 and 10/14, we will take (most) any hours you may have to help
sort, organize, price—please let one of us know when you are available. We will try to find a
job for you!

KIDS—could any of you make one or two bright signs that will explain why we are having a
garage sale? Missions Fundraiser!

Garage Sale Day Volunteer Needs:
2-4 additional adults to help with selling. There will be at least 2 adults already at each sale.
Please feel free to stay as short or as long as you can! And would you let someone know when
you plan to come—so we don’t have everyone for the same two hours!!

General Suggestions:
Please have all items in sellable condition, priced if at all possible.
We can have groups of items all at the same price (for example, all coffee cups 25 cents).
If items have multiple pieces (like kids’ PJs), please pin them together.
